Monitor every client domain from one dashboard

Sender inventory and change detection across your entire client portfolio. Know when email infrastructure changes before your clients call you about it.

Managing email across dozens of clients is painful

You find out about problems when a client calls. DMARC Observer gives you visibility before that happens.

Reactive, not proactive

A client’s email stops reaching inboxes. You hear about it from their angry phone call, not from your monitoring.

Vendor changes go unnoticed

A client switches to a new CRM or marketing tool. The new vendor starts sending email from their domain without proper authentication.

No centralized view

You manage 50, 100, or 200 client domains. There is no single place to see sender health across all of them.

One dashboard for every client domain

See sender health, authentication status, and volume across your entire portfolio in a single view. Filter by client, group domains by account, and assign team members to specific clients.

  • Full sender inventory per domain with IP addresses, service names, and auth status
  • Group and filter domains by client organization
  • Historical timeline of sender activity and authentication changes

Know when something changes

Get notified the moment a new sender appears on any client domain, a known sender disappears, or SPF/DKIM authentication breaks. No more finding out from an angry client phone call.

  • New sender detected, authentication failure, and volume change alerts
  • Configurable thresholds per domain
  • In-app and email delivery so nothing gets missed

Reports your clients actually read

Automated weekly digest emails summarize what changed across each client's domains. Forward them directly, or use your own branding on the MSP Growth plan.

  • Weekly “what changed” summary per client domain
  • White-label branding on client-facing reports
  • Send directly to client contacts or review internally

How it works

Onboard a client domain in minutes. Start getting visibility the next day.

  1. Connect client domains

Add a domain and update the DMARC DNS record to point reports to DMARC Observer. Takes about two minutes per domain.

  2. Get alerts on changes

As DMARC reports arrive, your sender inventory builds. You get notified when something new appears or authentication breaks.

  3. Share reports with clients

Weekly digest emails summarize what changed across each client’s domains. Forward them directly or use your own branding.

How many domains can I monitor?
MSP Growth supports up to 100 domains, MSP Pro supports up to 300. If you need more, contact us for custom pricing.
How do I add a client domain?
Add the domain in your dashboard. You will get a unique DMARC reporting address to add to the client’s DNS. First data typically arrives within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I share reports with clients?
Yes. Weekly digest reports can be sent directly to client contacts. On the MSP Pro plan, reports use your own branding.
What alerts will I receive?
You get alerts when a new sender appears on any client domain, when a known sender disappears, when SPF or DKIM authentication breaks, and when there are significant volume changes.
What does it cost per domain?
MSP Growth is $99/month for up to 100 domains. MSP Pro is $249/month for up to 300 domains. See our pricing page for full details.
Do you support white-label branding?
Yes. The MSP Pro plan includes white-label support for client-facing reports and dashboards. Present monitoring as part of your managed service offering.
Do my clients need DMARC set up already?
No. If a client domain doesn’t have a DMARC record, we help you create one during setup. You can also use our free domain checker to assess a client’s current state before onboarding.
